How long does installation take after I submit my payment? TOP

That depends on our current work load, installations of pre-made templates are typically completed within 24-72 hours.  Feel free to use our contact form to check on current turn around times or check our blog for updates.    

How long does a custom design take to complete? TOP

That depends on the complexity of the design, our current work load/wait list etc.  Please feel free to use our contact form to inquire about turn around times for custom work. 

What happens after I submit payment? TOP

You can either use the contact form to send us a message or wait until we contact you.  You will need to send us all of your login information.  Your host should have sent you an email with all of that information when you signed up, you will need to forward that to us.  Also, you will need to let us know if there are any changes that need to be made to the customizable text on your particular template. 

What does OOAK mean? TOP

OOAK means One of a Kind.

I'm sorry we are unable to make changes to pre-made templates other than those specified in the listing. 

Will you use the same fonts in my finished design? TOP

In most cases, yes.  Slight adjustments may need to be made to the fonts used, size and possibly the placement of the fonts depending on how they look with your business name.
