By purchasing our products and services you are agreeing to the following terms.

Images and Design

You must not alter our images in any way. Designs must remain in tact as they appear at the time they are delivered. You are welcome to customize your text and images throughout your site in the WYSIWYG editor provided by your host but you cannot make changes to images that were provided by Envision IT Creative.

We are not responsible for the content on any of the sites designed by us, we merely provide the design.

Portfolio

We reserve the right to add a thumbnail image and a link to your site to our portfolio. Links are added at our discression, contracting our services in no way ensures a spot in our portfolio.

Our Clients

We work with family friendly sites only, please do not purchase a design for any site containing pornographic material, which conducts or practices any illegal activities, is sexual in nature, contains racist or terrorist threats of any kind. If you do make a purchase for such a site your money will be immediately refunded. Should you add offensive material to your site after purchasing you will be removed from our portfolio and asked to remove our link from your site.

Custom Designs

Once a custom design is purchased we will contact you to discuss your ideas and then will begin working on your design.

A 50% deposit is required on all custom designs, the balance will be due upon completion. You will need to pay for your website within 7 calendar days of completion and it will not be installed until it is fully paid for. You will be able to view a mockup of the completed website for your approval prior to that final payment.

If you do not follow through with the remaining 50% of your payment before end of the 7 day deadline your design will be listed for sale.

Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds on this type of work.
